・具体的な読み書きを満足させるためのよく使われる日常表現と基本的な言い回しは理解し、用いることが

  できる。

 - Can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs          of  a concrete type.

・自分や他人を紹介することができ、どこに住んでいるか、誰と知り合いか、持ち物などの個人的情報について、

  質問をしたり、答えたりできる。

  - Can introduce him/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where  he/she lives,               people he/she knows and things he/she has.

・もし相手がゆっくり、はっきりと話して、助け船を出してくれるなら簡単なやり取りをすることができる。

 　- Can interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.

・ごく基本的な個人的情報や家族情報、買い物、近所、仕事など、直接的な関係がある領域に関するよく使われる

　文や表現が理解できる。

  - Can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance  (e.g.  very basic

           personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment).

・簡単で日常的な範囲なら、身近で日常の事柄について情報交換に応ずることができる。

  - Can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine

           matters.

・自分の背景や身の回りの状況や直S手ウ的な必要性のある領域の事柄を簡単な言葉で説明できる。

  - Can describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background, immediate environment and matters in areas  of  immediate

           need. 

B1

・仕事、学校、娯楽で普段出会うような身近な話題について、標準的な話し方であれば主要点を理解できる。　　

  - Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.

・その言葉が話されている地域を試行しているときに起こりそうな、たいていの事態に対処することができる。

  - Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken.

      Can  produce  simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest.  

・身近で個人 的にも関心のある話題について、単純な方法で結びつけられた、脈絡のあるテクストを作ることが

      できる。

　　経験、出来事、希望、野心を説明し、意見や計画の理由、説明を短く述べることができる。

  - Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes & ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for  opinions and

      plans. 

B2

・自分の専門分野の技術的な議論も含めて、抽象的かつ具体的な話題の複雑なテクストの主要な内容を理解できる。

   - Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions  in

        his/her field of specialisation.

・お互いに緊張しないで母語話者とやり取りができるくらい流暢かつ自然である。

  - Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible

         without strain for either party.

・かなり広汎範囲の話題について、明確で詳細なテクストを作ることができ、さまざまな選択肢について長所や短所

       を示しな      がら、自己の視点を説明できる。

 - Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages

       and disadvantages of various options. 

C1

・いろいろな種類の高度な内容のかなり長いテクストを理解することができ、含意を把握できる。

   - Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognize implicit meaning.

・言葉を探しているという印象を与えずに、流暢にまた自然に自己表現ができる。

   - Can express him/herself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions.

・社会的、学問的、職業上の目的に応じた、柔軟な、しかも効果的な言葉遣いができる。

    - Can use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes.

・複雑な話題について明確で、しっかりとした構成の、詳細なテクストを作ることができる。その際テクスト

      を構成する     字句や接続表現、結束表現の用法をマスターしていることがうかがえる。

   - Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of  organisational  patterns,

        connectors and cohesive devices.

・聞いたり、読んだりしたほぼ全てのものを容易に理解することができる。

   - Can understand with ease virtually everything heard or read.

・いろいろな話し言葉や書き言葉から得た情報をまとめ、根拠も論点も一貫した方法で再構成できる。

   - Can summarize information from different spoken and written sources, reconstructing arguments and accounts in a  coherent

        presentation.

・自然に、流暢かつ正確に自己表現ができ、非常に複雑な状況でも細かい意味の違い、区別を表現できる。

   - Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning  even  in  more

        complex situations.
